Yin Yoga Teacher Training 2022
Yin Yoga Teacher Training, November 17 to 21, 2022
Philosophy & Practice
Level 1 - 30 hour Intensive
Yin is an introspective practice that through physical forms and formlessness of breath, energy and mind states, deepens our experience and awareness of the interconnectedness of body, mind and spirit.
This 5-day course will be held at the warm hearted Open House Studio in Maylands. The course will focus on the ‘how to’ of yin, as well as exploring the origins and intentions of the practice. It is designed to give teachers and interested yogis the confidence and competence to safely and intuitively guide and explore this method of practice at a deeper level.
