This layered workshop will integrate the cornerstones of yoga - breath, focus and intention. And the building blocks of form and function.
The workshop will incorporate Pranayama and carefully guided layered sequences both held and unpacked - to foster curiosity and understanding, as well as flowing movements to invite ease and release as we make our way towards Savasana and a final guided meditation.
Suitable to for those familiar with yoga who wish to deepen their understanding and connection to their practice and share a grounding guided meditation in the company of others.
