Yin & Yang
Drawing from a range of Yoga as well as other Eastern movement traditions Yin/Yang class combines strong, slow flow, dynamic yang sequences with quieter, deep tissue yin and restorative postures. Blends of still and active postures are connected by, and through the breath to weave a deep, integrated and satisfying practice.
Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation
This weekly class integrates the ancient and powerful disciplines of yoga asana and insight meditation practices. The physical and energetic benefits of yoga prepare body and mind for an extended meditation practice and over time a deeper awareness and experience of the self.
A guided class that links postures with the breath in a flowing, invigorating sequence of movement. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended.
A meditative class. Passive poses are held for extended periods to open energetic channels in the body and work into the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia and joints at a deeper level.
At the end of your day this quiet class is designed to help you relax and unwind. It will draw from a range of restorative practices, gentle sequences, breath awareness, yin and relaxation and is suitable for all
